We are confirming the exact figure before launch. It will land inside this band, it includes VAT, and it will be the same price for everyone — no per-user surprises.

Before you sign up
- What does the free trial cost me?
- Nothing, and we do not take a card. After 14 days you decide. If you do nothing, nothing is charged, because we never held a card to charge.
- What if a payment fails?
- You carry on working for a week. After that new quotes and invoices pause, and everything you have entered stays readable and exportable until you sort it out. We never lock you out of your own records.
- What happens to my records if I leave?
- They are yours. Download the lot as a spreadsheet from Settings, any time. If you stop paying we keep them for a year, then email you a link to download everything before anything is deleted.
- I am not a VAT vendor. Is this still for me?
- Yes, and you will never see a VAT field. Registered vendors get SARS-format tax invoices; everyone else gets a plain invoice, which is what the law requires.
- Can I pay by EFT?
- Yes. Card is quicker, but if you would rather pay by EFT, get in touch and we will set it up.
